Cancellation Policy

Participant Waiver & Release of Liability Ty’s Garden – Wellness & Pilates Classes By purchasing a ticket and participating in this wellness class (including but not limited to Pilates, breathwork, stretching, or other movement-based activities), you agree to the following terms: 1. Voluntary Participation I acknowledge that my participation in this class is voluntary and that I am physically able and medically cleared to participate in the activities offered. 2. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in physical wellness activities may involve inherent risks, including (but not limited to) pregnancy, muscle strain, injury, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages I may incur. 3. Medical Acknowledgement I affirm that I have consulted with a medical professional, or have decided to participate without such consultation, and I am not aware of any medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating. 4. Waiver & Release I hereby release and discharge Ty’s Garden, its owner(s), instructors, staff, and venue partners from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or connected to my participation in this class. This release includes, without limitation, claims for personal injury, illness, property loss, or wrongful death. 5. Media Consent (Optional) I understand that photos or videos may be taken during the event and give my permission for Ty’s Garden to use any media of me for promotional or marketing purposes unless I notify the instructor otherwise prior to the start of class. 6. Code of Conduct I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and mindful manner toward all participants, staff, and the space. Any inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the event with no refund. 7. Acknowledgment By completing this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release. ☐ I have read and agree to the above waiver and release of liability.
